Support programs
Breece Hill offers all its customers choices in service programs, coverage times, response times and contract terms. Options include:
- On-site agreements including unlimited spare parts, labor and travel
- Equipment repair by a highly trained field engineer--at your site
- Basic care coverage for any continuous nine-hour period between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday
- Enhanced care coverage seven day per week, twenty four hours per day, four hour response time
- The option of Plus care coverage with all enhanced care benefits and same day spare parts

As part of the on-site service Breece Hill offers a technical support center where customers have access to technical support, maintenance dispatch and replacement part dispatch. All Breece Hill customers may contact the technical support center and receive assistance during hardware installation, fault isolation and general technical support items.
